Hapkido is a martial art that was organized in Korea and includes aspects of many different martial arts.

Hap - Harmony.
Ki - Energy.
Do - Way.

Instructors of Hawaii State Hapkido Federation have been teaching and promoting the art of Hapkido in the Aloha State since 1993. Hapkido is a good martial art for grown-ups!

Class teaches the following aspects of Hapkido: Class protocols, breathing and Ki exercises, basics, joint locking techniques, introduction to Hapkido weapons.

Required attire: Plain T-shirt or Federation Logo T-shirt and sweat pants for casual training sessions, no belt needed. White Plain Do Bok (Martial Art Uniform) and belt as determined by HSHF for traditional training sessions. See Class Rules Tab above for more details.
