Classes Available: - Kids Beginner: White Belts, Ages 4-8- Kids/Youth Intermediate: Yellow, Orange, Blue Belts, Ages 5-13- Youth Beginner: White Belts, Ages 9-13- Youth Advanced: Purple Belts and Above, Ages 9-13- Adult Beginner: White, Yellow, Orange Belts, Ages 14 and above - Adult Intermediate/Advanced: Blue and Above, Ages 14 and above- Competition*: All Ages
*Must meet competition requirements and be authorized by Instructor - Open Mat – Sparring: All ages
