Company Description

Established in 2005, DANCE JUNCTION HAWAII is a dance studio and competitive dance company under the Direction of Jill Tanioka-Ventura and Lyndsey Arakawa. DJH offers classes for ages 3 through adult. Dancers learn technical skills as well as various styles of dance such as jazz, ballet, contemporary, jazz funk, hip hop, and turns & leaps. Dance Junction Hawaii teaches each dancer to strive for excellence both in dance and personally with the values of hard work, respect, responsibility and accountability. Our motto is “Believe” and we encourage and mentor each child at their level.

DJH has been awarded numerous regional, national and international titles at competitions in Hawaii, California, Washington, Texas and Japan. Dance Junction alumni successfully dance for companies like Disney, the NBA and the NFL. Dance Junction Alumni have smoothly transitioned to college dance teams, music videos & pageants.

We do not charge a registration or membership fee on top of class tuition nor do we charge for your child to perform in our showcases...performing is the culmination of all their hard work! We want your child to love dance as much as we do! The classes perform twice a year- our Holiday open house and our end of the year theatre showcase. DANCE WITH US!!
