Company Description
The Thrift Shop on Young Street is a small, but very clean thrift shop with treasures for every shopper. Goods are priced to sell and range from clothing to kitchenware, jewelry, books, fine items, to small appliances and furnishings. Unlike many other Thrift Stores, this store operates with no paid staff.
The shop is the main source of funds to buy new school clothing for disadvantaged kids in Hawaii. Money from sales goes right back into the local community.
Assistance League has no affiliation with any political or religious bodies. It is composed of 110 dedicated volunteers who work very hard to make life better for children and families in Hawaii.
You can help by donating gently used items and by shopping in this delightful little store on Young Street.
