Showed up for my appointment (made 3 days before) after driving over an hour from the other side of the island (I wouldn't have traveled that far, but I wanted to use a Spafinder gift card and this was one of only a few that accepted it - the others were even further). I was met by a sullen young girl who spoke very little English and could only say "You have booking?," Owner not here," and "Owner no book." No offer to call the "owner" or do anything to help. Very rude. No one ever called me to apologize. The place was tiny and looked second-rate anyway. Should have checked the reviews. NO stars. PS - When you go on their website, they mention a "sister" spa, in Paia, which is much closer to me. When you click on the link, there is a blank page. When you call the # listed, it's a man in Texas. Completely incompetent.
