Body In Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio is a fusion of fitness and wellness. Located in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, we are a private conditioning and wellness studio, as well as a personal weight training center. We?re here to help you reach your goals in a way that works for your body, and your life.
We are a Peak Pilates Education Center, specializing in Pilates certifications, as well as a variety of trainings for anyone interested in the field of health and wellness. Please see our Workshops page for more information.
All of our equipment is of the highest quality, supplied to us by Peak Pilates, Balanced Body Pilates, and STOTT Pilates--world leaders in Pilates equipment and education.
Body in Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio specializes in one on one instruction for many of our client?s individual needs, with attention and direction. We also work in small groups for those with similar fitness goals, offering mat classes, stability training, and a variety of fun group fitness offerings.
