Company Description

We are a Smoked BBQ Restaurant and Catering service, located on the Windward side of the island of Oahu, in beautiful Hawaii. We always use the finest ingredients. All of our meat is dry-rubbed with our special seasoning and smoked for hours with a blend of hickory, and tropical woods. This is our, "low and slow" approach to cooking. We add our Original BBQ Sauce that is a thick homestyle sauce, loaded with onions and garlic but not too spicy.
