I don't like saying anything negative about anybody, so I'll keep this short as I believe everyone needs to make their own decision. I called this company and set up an appointment 9am on a Monday morning to please come by and give me a proposal for a sprinkler and lighting job at our home. I waited on Monday and no one showed up so I called Toby and he apologized and gave me a ridiculous excuse for the no show, so he said they will come by tomorrow morning Tuesday at 9:00am to see my property and we can go from there. Again, I waited all morning on Tuesday and again a NO SHOW from this company! No curtesy call or anything? Just a no show? What a way to run a company. That's my experience and I'll just wish them the best if this is their commitment to customer service.

I did a "request for quote" on their website on 06/22/22. On 06/28/22, Toby (the owner) called to say he was going to be on a trip but his "best technician" would meet with me. He said there's a $65 charge for the initial consultation but it would be applied to the cost of the job if I used them. I thought that was okay because I expected to hire them based on the reviews I had read. Zac and another worker showed up on 07/05/22 and I explained what I wanted done. He said he'd draw up a quote for me and charged me the $65 PLUS another $95 for one hour of labor - even though the one hour was discussing what needed to be done. They left and I never received a quote. I sent emails on 07/19/22, 07/21/22, and 07/23/22 asking for the quote and never got a response. I called them on 07/25/22 and asked for a refund. This resulted in Toby calling to tell me he'd personally send me a quote by the end of the day. Nothing came. On 8/3/22, I left a message to call me. No one called. I called again on 08/05/22 and Toby said he would send me a refund check. Nothing came. I called again on 08/12/22 and left a message to call me. No one called. I finally gave up trying to get in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and use any company except this one!
