I called A&B electric as it they had done previous work with another manager. I am not a novice and was an estimator before. Long story short this company offered up assistance and then did not follow through with that assistance. This in turn cost me the customer about 10 extra hours of labor. On top of that they charged 7x the materials and parts and then also doubled the man hours on the final invoice. As mentioned I have been on the other end of estimating and this company took advantage thinking I wouldn't check the invoice. We have a large company and i would have kept using this contractor if they hadn't been so dishonest with the invoice. Their troubleshooting was good and their work was good. It is a shame they tried to take advantage. No more work for them and only bad referrals from us
