I lost my home and car in the Maui fires and reached out to the business for a refund for 2 of 3 services i’d not yet had and prepaid for because i had to leave the island for alternate housing. not only did they show no care for my situation, but they refused to refund me any amounts. when i tried explaining my situation to the office manager/receptionist, she was rude, dismissive, and incredibly uncaring. when i asked her to follow up with the doctor about my request, she promised to call me back. she never did, despite my reaching out more than once. this business shows no aloha and was not willing to budge even given the tragedy me and my family have experienced. they simply pointed to the no refund policy in the contract, putting profits over local people in dire need of some kokua. SHAME ON THEM.
